Instructions
- When you encounter the following dialogue box, type in you
Persal Number (e.g. 123456789) into the User Name
field and then type your network password into the Password
field.

- Should this not work, in your browser, click on Tools
then on internet options, click on the connections
tab, click on the lan settings button, make sure
that the "use proxey server" check box is checked, then
click on the advanced button. In the Exceptions
area fill in the following addresses: *10; *.gov.za;
*.sita.co.za . Then click the OK buttons as many
times as needed to get back to the Internet Explorer
Window. Try accessing the Mail again.
- If you are still unable to enter the mail facility,
please contact your local IT Support Personnel.
