The objective is to design and implement integrated programmes and provide services that facilitate the promotion of the well being and the socio economic empowerment of persons with disabilities.

Child Care Protection Services

The objective is to design and implement integrated programmes and services that provide for the development, care and protection of the rights of children.

Victim Empowerment

The objective is to design and implement integrated programmes and services to support, care and empower victims of violence and crime in particular women and children.

 HIV and AIDS

The objective is to design and implement integrated community based care programmes and services aimed at mitigating the social and economic impact of HIV and AIDS.

Social Relief

The objective is to respond to emergency needs identified in communities affected by disasters not declared, and or any other social conditions Measurable Objective in undue hardship.

Care and Support Services to Families.

The objective is to promote functional families and to prevent vulnerability in families.

Youth Development

To promote integrated socio-economic development opportunities and increase the level of economic development for youth through self employment opportunities and income generating programmes.

Sustainable Livelihood

To promote sustainable livelihood and increase household food security among poor and vulnerable. This programme focuses on building sustainable livelihoods through Food Security, Women Cooperative, Income generation and Asset Building programmes

Institutional Capacity Building - The aim of this sub-programme is to facilitate the development of institutional capacity for Non-Profit Organisations and other emerging organisations.
