All graduates who are unemployed are requested to placed their details and CV’s on the Database for Unemployed graduates on the Eastern Cape Government’s Web site (www.ecprov.gov.za) 

Directorates within the department will register the need with the HRD Unit, taking in consideration that they attached all the supporting documentation, namely:

• An approved submission signed by the HOD
• The Directorate’s vacancies (Recruitment plan)
• The E.C. 4.1, indicating the availability of a budget.
• Unemployed graduate will be recruited from the Data base mentioned in in par.1
